Return and Refund

We want you to love your Raw & Chic wallet. If something isn't right:

• You have 7 days from delivery to report a problem.
• Returns are accepted only in cases of a manufacturing defect, a leather quality issue, or damage upon delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Contact us at [email/WhatsApp] with your order number to start a return.
• Refunds are processed within [5–10] business days of us receiving the item back.

⚠️ Returns for change of mind (with no defect) are not accepted.

We also offer a lifetime warranty on the leather, covering defects related to leather quality or craftsmanship.
