Products

All our wallets are handmade using genuine leather. Since each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and not considered defects — they're part of what makes your wallet one of a kind.

Orders & Payment

• All orders are made to order.
• Payment is made via Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery details you provided are accurate.

Shipping

• We currently deliver within Morocco only.
• Delivery typically takes 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect address information.

Returns & Warranty

• Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery, and only in cases of manufacturing defect, leather quality issue, or damage upon delivery.
• We offer a lifetime warranty on the leather, covering defects related to quality or craftsmanship.

Pricing

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price that applies.

All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, and the Raw & Chic name and logo — is our property and may not be used without permission.
